3-6 July 2013, Dr Anil Arora and his team of orthoptists had the privilege of attending the Australasian Society of Cataract and Refractive Surgeons (AUSCRS) annual conference at Uluru, Northern Territory. The conference provided a wide variety of papers and presentations about new advances in femtosecond laser technology used in both cataract and laser refractive surgery. Expert presenters from Australia, Canada, USA, Russia, New Zealand and Denmark provided a broad range of perspectives, research and plenty of debate, ensuring a fabulous forum for networking and knowledge sharing. We also enjoyed having some free time for fun and sightseeing in the beautiful Yulara region.
